Psychotherapy
My clients seek relief from high levels of stress at home, work, school, relationships, and with parenting. I have 20+ years of experience both in New York City and California working with people who have depression, anxiety and who have had traumatic experiences. I apply my expertise in assessment and treatment to help guide the right approach toward achieving your goals. I am an active therapist that is engaged with you to keep you motivated and on track. My approach is to establish a safe relationship where you can be open and I can learn about you and your experiences. Our work together will reveal patterns, and help you gain new tools to get over and through your challenges.
I actively engage with you to make progress toward achieving the goals we will set for your sessions. Therapy is hard work, but you will not be alone in the process. I believe in holistic approaches to health and well-being.
